I cannot sign in or my account looks different.

Make sure you are using the same sign-in method you used before. Loify AI may support guest mode and signed-in mode. If your history appears missing, contact support and include the email address or sign-in provider you used.

My generation or try-on result did not finish.

Check your network connection and try again. If the issue keeps happening, send us a screenshot, your device model, iOS version, and the approximate time the issue happened so we can investigate.

Does Loify AI require a paid subscription or recharge?

No paid recharge or subscription is required for Loify AI at this time. If you see an unexpected purchase-related issue, contact support and include a screenshot and the Apple ID region involved.

How do I request data deletion or ask a privacy question?

Email us from the address associated with your account and describe your request. We will review account, privacy, and deletion requests in accordance with applicable law.
